take for their own health. Many different opinions, being swamped
by social media, practitioners not helping them find the right
path or not providing them with the information they need to be able to
make informed decisions.

My goal is to help you find the things that actually make a difference
for you, combining ancient Naturopathic and Ayurvedic wisdom with
modern science using Pathology and other integrative testing
technologies, the best of both worlds!

With over 30 years experience as a Naturopath, Senior Yoga Teacher
and Doula, I want to help you feel empowered to know how to take
care of yourself, now and forever!

My passion is womens health at all stages but in particular Fertility
and Menopause.
